About Nicole Villeneuve

Nicole has been working in Real Estate since 2014. She started her career on the San Francisco Peninsula with Intero Menlo Park. From 2017 to 2019 she worked for Sierra Sotheby's in North Lake Tahoe and Truckee. In January 2019, Nicole went to Costa Rica to pursue a job working for an Interior Designer and Real Estate investor in the Tamarindo, Guanacaste area. As the world rapidly changed, she quickly adjusted for the year ahead and joined a local Real Estate team in Costa Rica. Nicole spent the next year learning everything she could about the real estate process and market in Costa Rica. As things began to open up, she returned to the US.

 

Nicole always puts her clients first exploring their wants and needs and is very focused on finding the right fit within their means. Now with The Luxxe Group out of Tahoe City, she brings a broad perspective with her global real estate knowledge, passion for design and construction, and natural ability to care for others.

 

She will continue to pay attention and assist with the North Lake Tahoe, Truckee and Guanacaste, Costa Rica markets. With a solid team behind her, Nicole is here to expand their coverage as well as provide an energetic, positive and caring asset to this already amazing team!

 

Nicole earned a degree in Environmental Design from the College of Architecture and Planning at the University of Colorado in Boulder. She is an accomplished all-mountain skier and has coached professionally at Vail, Breckenridge, Squaw Valley and North Star.
