Since the 1980’s I have been the most prolific and successful commercial broker in North Lake Tahoe having conducted over seventy business and commercial transactions personally, that include not only the North and West Shores, but South Lake Tahoe, Incline Village and Truckee as well.

I have transacted the great majority of the commercial buildings, motel and lodging opportunities, restaurant and food service operations, and most of the community’s small businesses.

Licensed in two states I have been embedded in the commercial field from Incline to Truckee Incline Village. We have represented iconic commercial real estate and business opportunities like the Pepper Tree Inn, the Tahoe Maritime Museum, the Cottage Inn, the Bridgetender, the River Ranch, the Tahoe Gal and many more familiar names.

I am graduate of the University of New Hampshire and Boston University Law School. I have served the community in many different capacities from service organizations and volunteer groups. I am a martial artist in Okinawan Karate and taught the martial arts local children for 18 years in program developing self-discipline, focus, perseverance, courtesy and respect. One of my greatest rewards is being called Sensei in local grocery store.
