About Ian McLeod

Ian is a Sales Associate with Mountain Luxury Properties and has sold over $65,000,000 in gross sales since 2015. With a diverse real estate background, his expertise is not only limited to selling lakefront and luxury properties in Lake Tahoe. He is also an Executive Partner with Team Tahoe Commercial; the #1 commercial real estate team in North Lake Tahoe. Team Tahoe Commercial has transacted the great majority of commercial buildings and lodging opportunities since 1985. To round out Ian’s extensive experience, he is also the founder of the investment company Reno Tahoe House Partners.

 

The start of Ian's love affair with the mountains of Lake Tahoe began in 2003 while on vacation in South Lake Tahoe. He was serendipitously caught in a major snowstorm which blocked him from returning to his previous home in Southern California, and opened up his adventurous lifestyle in the Sierras. Snowboarding, mountain biking, and climbing are his outdoor passions, which he enjoys doing alongside his wife, Anna, and his Mexican rescue pup; Carlitos.
